CRISIS Reform
This crisis committee operates around crisis arcs, which represent each delegate's long-term objectives and targets throughout the committee. Delegates advance through this arc using crisis notes, secret messages that navigate their characters’ actions and influence the whole committee's evolution.
In the committee, there are two main sections: The Frontroom, which serves as the public debate space and a typical committee classroom, and the Backroom (accessible only to the Chair and Assistant Directors), which is for managing secret actions and note responses (to the delegates' notepads). Delegates must effectively balance both spaces, being able to debate in the front room and advance on their arcs in the back room, integrating strategic secrecy with public diplomacy.
